Our shell and tube heat condenser are used in many comfort and industry applications. They consist of a shell with traditional finned tubes for high thermal performance. The fluids can be liquids or gases, one of which flows inside the tubes while the other flows outside the tubes within the shell. There are single-phase or two-phase heat exchangers.

Size:

Ranges from 100 mm to 1000 mm shells; straight tube lengths from 500 mm up to 5,000 mm (overall length 90 - 6,000 mm). Standard tubing is 6.3 mm to 25 mm, but other types are available. Baffles and nozzles are tailored to customers'' individual requirements and acceptable pressure drop.

Capacity:

The condensing surface ranges from 0.5 m2 to 100 m2; heat load ranges from 10 kW up to approx. 2 MW. Any intermediate design is available from the standard range. Designs above 2 MW are carried out on request or substituted by another Industries product.
