Air-cooled chillers are refrigeration systems used in both commercial and industrial facilities to cool fluids and/or dehumidify air. They are used in a wide variety of settings including hotels, corporate events, restaurants, sporting events, large-scale construction, industrial and manufacturing plants, and so forth. Our air-cooled chillers are great for permanent infrastructure. They are compact and highly efficient, as well as easy to install and remove. This makes them ideal for supplemental, temporary or emergency applications.
Air cooled chillers are typically located in mechanical equipment rooms or in an area of the building that is close to the spot it is cooling. In some industrial settings, coolers are kept right beside the area they are cooling; this is based upon the size of the chiller and compressor. In some cases chillers are placed outdoors.
